Turn off Facebook Sounds Once and For All
The 2021 version of the Facebook app has so many random noises that it feels like the developers are playing a prank. Post alerts, refreshing the news feed, and other random events, such as a person typing in the chat, all have noises related with these. The best (or worse, depending on your point of view) are the loud autoplaying videos that run throughout the feed.
